  1. Population and dissenters: We have about eighteen families in this parish there are no dissenters of any denomination, There is not any licend or other meeting=house of dissenters in this parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: We have not any Charity school or other publick school in our parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have no alms=house Hospital, or other Charitable endowment in our parish. Nor any lands or tenements left for ye repair of our Church or other {parish} pious uses.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside personally upon my Cure but upon my cure of St. Budeaux, the reason of my non-residence is your Lordship's Dispensation, when I was admitted to Samford in September 1743.

  5. Curate: I have a residing Curate upon Shaugh, to which Samford is now annexed by ye church of Windsor on condition that there be a Residing Curate on Shaugh and that He Preach at Samford once every Lord's day. His name is Merefield. He is duly qualified according to ye Canons, & will wait upon your Lordship for Priests' orders ye next Ordination. He does not live in ye Parsonage House, which belongs to ye Impropriator to repair, but boards in a good family, His salary is £35 per annum.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine service at Shaugh, as is mentioned under the Former Article.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine service is perform'd in our church once every Sunday and once at Shaugh, alternately {and} all other days appointed by act of Parliament.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administred in this parish four times a year (viz) At Easter, at Whitsontide; at Xtmas and Michaelmas.

  9. Number of communicants: We have about eighteen Communicants in this parish, and about that number receivd at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: The children are Catechiz'd twice a year in the Spring and Fall and the Parishioners are Careful in sending them to be instructed.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no chapels within our parish.
